YUGA Labs reaches agreement with real estate developers involved in counterfeit BAYC
The YUGA Lab-the elite team behind the fashionable boring ape golf driving range (BAYC) NFT series-struck a deal with Thomas Thomas Lehman, one of the founders of a series called RR/BAYC, which replicates BAYC's original NFT line.
The NFT company sued the real estate developer in January for playing a role in imitating the new project. In the settlement, Yuga Labs and Lehman agreed to a permanent ban on Lehman's use of BAYC-like images.

The image is gradually deleted from the serial number platform, but will remain on the block chain forever.
In an interview with Cointelegraph, Nien Rodmore, the creator of the serial number, indicated that he acted quickly and deleted the photo from the platform. However, Rodarmor indicated that because of the nature of the contract, very few measures could be taken to avoid future situations.

In a court filing, the appellant Don Holland sued Wade and his team for promising benefits to NFT holders, but later abandoned the new project.
