While it is still unclear when the judgement in XRP Lawsuit will come out, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse criticized the SEC yet again.
News report on XRP lawsuitOn Wednesday, Brad Galinthwaite, chief executive of Ballan, once again explicitly criticized SEC. Although it is still unclear when the decision on the XRP v. SEC lawsuit will be announced, Garlinghouse named and criticized the individual actions of the Foreign Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the lawsuit. Speaking at the annual meeting of Davos, the Ripple chief executive mentioned a timetable for the completion of litigation. He said a verdict could be made within months.
Earlier, Galinthwaite showed that the probability of reaching an agreement was zero because of fundamental contradictions. He added that all mediation will also depend on whether SEC recognizes that XRP is not a security. The XRP case revolves around SEC's complaint that Ripple's sale of XRP means the sale of unregistered securities. However, Ripple often questions this view and continues to fight it.

In an interview with CNBC, the Ripple CEO described SEC's personal behavior in dealing with the XRP case as as embarrassing as an American nationality. Galinthwaite indicated that he expected the presiding judge in charge of the XRP lawsuit to make a decision in 2023. In fact, he feels cheerfully that the verdict will be issued in a few months. The case has been fully investigated and enough text messages have been sent in front of the presiding judge, and we expect to make a ruling in 2023, he said.
As an American national, SEC's personal behavior in dealing with the XRP case was embarrassing. Some of the things you've seen show up, and you seem to be joking.
