XRP Lawsuit: Lawyer Predicts What Can Eliminate Jury Trial

XRP Lawsuit News: John Deaton, Amicus Curiae Ripple Lawsuit has dropped multiple predictions around settlement in the case ahead.

XRP lawsuit News report:The Ripple defendant and the American Stock Trading Federation (SEC) recently submitted the negative part of each other's resolution to limit multiple documents. With this measure, each other has now ended the cross-resolution of simple rulings. However, lawyers for XRP holders have long abandoned many predictions for future cases in the Ripple lawsuit.

Can the XRP lawsuit be settled?

In the XRP lawsuit, John Deaton,Amicus Curiae presented his forecast for 2023. He mentioned that the SEC v. Ripple lawsuit will not be dealt with until Analisa Torres, the presiding judge of the United States District Court.

He made it clear that a settlement might be reached after the decision of the petty claims procedure. However, this will eliminate all hidden jury trials in the future. Although it is expected that this will eliminate all implicit prosecutions.

Earlier, Deaton made it clear that in his view reconciliation was a choice, but a year ago. This is simply because the federation gives a different point of view on the manuscripts and e-mails related to Simman's speech.

According to Coingape sources, SEC abandoned his view of the divisive document and handed over the notepad to the defendant. However, the latest court documents show that the European Commission is still competing for the same document and does not want the court to make it public.

A large number of login password companies will sue?

Despite the fate of the XRP lawsuit, Deaton may have made some more predictions. He reasoned that it is even possible that more than one login password trading center will sue for the market sale of unregistered securities.

But on Thursday, SEC filed another lawsuit to log on to password trading groups Gemini and Genesis. The European Commission alleges that Gemini's data encryption loan program did not properly apply for registration as a securities.

In addition, lawyers for XRP holders also predict that Gamo Gensler, the current chairman of SEC, is likely to leave before the end of this year.
