It is reported that Franz Bankman, the father of Rob Bankman-Fried, former CEO of FTX, has already hired a tutor because the criminal case against his daughter is already under way.

According to Reuters on January 12, Bankman hired Xiao Zhan Huck of Kaplan Hecker&Fink LLP, a law firm in New York City. Bankman-Fry 's father, who reportedly advised and helped his children in the administration of the remonstrance due process in Washington, D.C., may now have worked with the prosecutor behind the SBF case.

It is not clear whether Bankman is responsible for other criminal cases or legal liabilities for the collapse of FTX, or what information he may have brought to the government. On Jan. 3, Bankman-Fried explicitly pleaded not guilty to all criminal charges she faced in connection with FTX fraud charges. Caroline Ellison, former CEO of the Alameda Research Center, and Gamo Wang, founder of FTX, have long admitted similar charges.

Last December, Bankman and his wife, Barbara Fried (Barbara Fry), used their shares in the house to help secure their daughter's parole. Since then, Bankman-Fry has been largely controlled in the same property in Palo Alto and is only allowed to leave under some criteria, including participation in litigation in the UK. Bankman and Fred are both expert professors in the law department at Stanford School.

On Jan. 12, Bankman-Fried issued a rare public statement after he was arrested in the Bahamas, publishing his description of the collapse of FTX in an autopsy overview. The former CEO mostly denies the charges against it:'I didn't steal assets,'he said.'of course I didn't hide billions of dollars. In turn, he attributed some of his obligations to the collapse of the login password market and BinanceCEO Zhao Changpeng.

The criminal trial of Bankman-Fried is scheduled for October.
