SBF's lawyer said three men drove their car into a metal stake outside Rob Bankman-Fried's parents' home, where Rob Bankman-Fried was detained.
In a document filed with a federal court, the former FTXCEO's lawyer said the three men got out of the car after hitting a roadpost and told security guards at the house: "No one can stop everyone."
Subsequently, the three people of unknown origin drove away before the security guards recorded the vehicle license plate.
A court document on Jan. 19, which described the incident, said it revealed the security risks facing the FTX founder and his associates, including two people who gave $250 million in debt to Bankman-Fry, Reuters reported.
"due to the notoriety of this case and the great media attention, there is no reason to feel that if the identities of non-parental loan guarantors are disclosed, they will also face serious privacy and security problems."
The lawyers did not specify the date or duration of what they claimed to have happened.
On January 12th, lawyers from some of the larger English-language media, including Bloomberg News, CNBC, the Associated Press and the Financial Times, wrote a letter to Lewis Kaplan, the presiding judge of the US District Court, stipulating the name of the company's guarantor.
News media lawyers make up lies, and the power of the public to hold the guarantor of Bankman-Fry loans far exceeds his right to privacy and security.
Because Bankman-Fry is closely related to some of the most powerful and politically connected people on the planet, lawyers make up lies, so not to disclose it is likely to damage public confidence in U. S. government agencies.
Bankman-Fried was extradited abroad in December and explicitly pleaded not guilty to all eight fraud and co-negotiation charges filed against her on January 3.
All the charges are related to his alleged involvement in the catastrophic collapse of FTX last November. The controversial character is still being held at his parents' home in California until his trial is scheduled for October 2.
