The current Policy Core of artificial Intelligence and Digital (CAIDP) has filed a clear complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in an attempt to block the release of robust artificial intelligence systems to users.

The complaints focused on OpenAI's recent release of a large language model, GPT-4, which CAIDP described in its complaint on March 30 as "biased, deceptive and risky to privacy and public safety management".

CAIDP, a separate non-profit research organization, feels that the release of GPT-4 's industry violates Article 5 of the Federal Trade Commission decree, which prohibits "unfair or deceptive personal acts or practices that often endanger commercial services".

To support its own idea, the artificial intelligence ethics organization elaborated the contents of the GPT-4 system card, which requires:

"it is not difficult to find that this model has the potential to strengthen and copy specific prejudices and outlook on life, as well as harmful prejudices and repudiations to some weakened people."

In the same document, it stressed: "artificial intelligence systems have more development potential to strengthen all ideological fields, outlook on life, true knowledge and inconsistency with facts, and to fix or lock them up. Clear future market competition, thinking and improvement."

CAIDP added that OpenAI released GPT-4 for commercial use to the public with an in-depth understanding of the potential risks and did not conduct a separate assessment of GPT-4 prior to the release.

As a result, CAIDP expects FTC to investigate products from OpenAI and other powerful AI platforms:

"it is time for the FTC to act [...] CAIDP urged the FTC to investigate OpenAI and prohibit GPT-4 from releasing further commercial services to ensure that the necessary fences are created to protect customers, enterprises, and commercial markets.

Although ChatGPT-3 will be released in November, the latest version of GPT-4 is seen as ten times smarter. A study released on March 14th found that the GPT-4 could be based on more stringent foreign high school and law exams within the first 90 per cent of the range.

It can also check the intelligent contract loopholes in Etherum.

In addition, Elon Elon Musk, Steve Wozniak of Apple and most AI pundits have signed a petition to "suspend" the development of artificial intelligence systems that are stronger than GPT-4.

Marco Roten Herbert, the current chairman of CAIDP, is one of the many 2600 signatories to the petition, which was presented through the Future Life Institute on March 22nd.

The author believes that, for better or worse, the cutting-edge artificial intelligence is likely to represent a great change in the history of life on Earth in China.

The United Nations Organization for Culture, Education, Scientific rationalization and Culture (UNESCO) has also called on countries around the world to implement the framework of the United Nations Ethical recommendations on artificial Intelligence.

At other news reporting levels, a former Google artificial intelligence researcher recently announced that Google's artificial intelligence conversation robot "Bard" application ChatGPT has begun to practice its response.

Although the researcher had already left because of the incident, Google search management denied the charges filed by her former colleagues.
